The HSL has just received the 18 videocassette set of, Bates Visual Guide to Physical Examination. This is a classic resource consisting of anatomy and system specific videotapes. Each tape shows a step by step examination. What is unique is how well they represent a broad spectrum of ages and cultural backgrounds for both patients and clinicians. This 4th edition includes new information on health history, documentation, communication, and, patient/practitioner interactions. The tapes are on Reserve, Library Use Only, WB205 B329 2005, in the Health Sciences Library.
