Acrobat Printing Problem

Some PDFs are not printing for off-campus users using Acrobat 6 and 7. Although an article can be viewed on the screen, when attempting to print you get the error message, "Could not start print job."

What can you do?
1. Save the PDF first, and then print it
or
2. Upgrade to Acrobat Reader 8. Installation instructions are available at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

As always, use the proxy bookmarklet or log in with your UW NetID before accessing journals remotely.
